To start a return please email us at email@example.com with the photo of the item(s) that you want to return and the reason for the return.
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days once item(s) are received to request and ship the item(s) to our warehouse.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be new; in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Final sale, clearance, promotional item(s), jewelry, accessories, swimwear, intimates, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS, WRONG ITEM(S)
- Please inspect your order once received. All claims need to be made within 1-2 days if the item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s). Please click here to fill out return form. After you have filled out the return form, email us an image of the faulty item(s) for inspection at firstname.lastname@example.org, and specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s). If the item(s) is approved by our Returns Department, we will issue a full refund.
- If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write Exchange in the notes section on the return form. If the merchandise is available we will send out a replacement at no cost. If the merchandise is not available, we will issue a refund for your item(s).
- We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
RETURNED OR MISSED DELIVERIES
- We are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to you. However, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address details for your order. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, or deliveries that are stolen or lost due to an incorrect address being provided. If an order is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect or incomplete address information that the customer provided, we will issue store credit and process this as a return.
If past the 14 day mark, what happens?
We do not accept returns after 14 days. If you return merchandise to our warehouse past the 14 days, these items will not be sent back to you. A refund for these items will not be granted.
Is there a chance my return will not be accepted?
We have the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the requirements in our policy.
How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
All returns will be processed within 7 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the total amount to show up on your bank statement. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your refund amount once your refund is issued.
